Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT (Monday – Friday) will begin processing the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT (Monday – Friday) to start processing the same day.
• Processing time usually takes 1 business day.

International Shipping

BH MED Solutions offers a flat rate international shipping fee of $45.

• Orders to U.S. territories, including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, are considered international and will incur the flat rate shipping fee.
• International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country’s customs department.
• The recipient is responsible for any import fees and for complying with all destination country laws and regulations.
• Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs office for more information.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Our distribution centers are closed on the following holidays:

• Easter
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the following details:
